Section 26
Can request opinions, advice regarding research
(1) During the investigation according to this paragraph, the concerned investigation officer may request the opinion and advice of the public prosecutor on any matter.
(2) If an opinion or advice is requested according to sub-section (1), the concerned government lawyer shall give his opinion or advice.
(3) When giving an opinion or advice in accordance with sub-section (2), during the investigation, if it is necessary to further investigate a matter or to collect additional evidence or to recover any evidence or to discuss something with someone, the public prosecutor shall do or carry out the related investigation. Can give instructions to the officer.
(4) It shall be the duty of the concerned investigating officer to follow the instructions given in accordance with sub-section (3).
